Barsu- Solgaon villagers fighting to resist conversion of konkan in to a Chemical zone, earnestly appeal to all Konkan lovers, environment lovers, newspersons, social activists and people who support the constitution …..
We understand that a police force of around 1500 to 2000 will let loose their oppression on the villagers to carry out survey for the Refinery and Petrochemical project. This is under the express orders of the C M Mr. Eknath Shinde, Dy.C M Mr. Devendra Fadnavis and Minister for Industries Mr. Uday Samant.
The gramsabhas in the area have passed resolutions against the Refinery project as well as any related surveys shouldn’t be carried out.
Konkan is reeling under a heat wave. Under these adverse conditions the all age group villagers are going to stop the survey team coming under police protection.
Fadanvis – Samant- Shinde have granted powers for all out assault on the villagers to the police force.
We are hence apealing to the entire people of Konkan to join arm to arm with the local people by reaching Barsu- Solgaon area.
We also appeal to all politicians, social activists to raise their voice against the government on behalf of the villagers.
All Social Media Influencers, you tube bloggers we appeal to you to raise your voice against the possibility of repression from today.
We also appeal to all print, electronic and independent media to raise their voice against the upcoming atrocities.

कोकणासाठी यावेच लागेल..
आता नाही तर कधी नाही.
कोकणाचे रासायनिक गटार होऊ नये म्हणून संघर्ष करणाऱ्या बारसु- सोलगाव ग्रामस्थांतर्फे सर्व कोकणप्रेमी , पर्यावरणप्रेमी जनतेला , पत्रकारांना ,सामाजिक कार्यकर्ते , संविधान प्रेमी जनतेला मनःपूर्वक आवाहन…
बारसु- सोलगाव पंचक्रोशीत सोमवार २४ एप्रिल रोजी मुख्यमंत्री एकनाथ शिंदे , उप मुख्यमंत्री देवेंद्र फडणवीस आणि उद्योगमंत्री उदय सामंत यांच्या आदेशानुसार १५०० ते २००० पोलीस फोर्स रिफायनरी व पेट्रोकेमिकल प्रकल्पाच्या सर्वेक्षणासाठी ग्रामस्थांवर अत्याचार करणार आहेत.
पंचक्रोशीतील ग्रामसभांनी रिफायनरी विरुद्ध तसेच रिफायनरी संदर्भात कुठल्याही सर्वेक्षणाला मनाई करणारे ठराव केले आहेत.
सध्या कोकणात उष्णतेची तीव्र लाट आहे. प्रतिकूल परिस्थितीत आबाल – वृद्ध ग्रामस्थ एम आय डी सी व रिफायनरी कंपनी च्या पोलीस बंदोबस्तात आलेल्या पथकाला थांबविणार आहेत.
फडणवीस – सामंत – शिंदे यांनी ग्रामस्थांवर आर पार अत्याचार करण्याची पोलीस प्रशासनास मुभा दिली आहे.
अशा वेळी समस्त कोकणी जनतेला बारसु – सोलगाव पंचक्रोशीत येऊन स्थानिकांच्या साथीला प्रत्यक्ष घटना स्थळी येऊन उभे राहण्याचे आवाहन करण्यात येत आहे.
सर्व संवेदनशील राजकारणी, सामाजिक कार्यकर्ते यांनाही ग्रामस्थांच्या बाजूने सरकारविरोधात आवाज उठविण्याचे आवाहन करण्यात येत आहे.
सर्व सोशल मीडिया इन्फ्लुयन्सर , यु ट्यूब ब्लॉगर यांना आतापासूनच या संभाव्य अत्याचारांविरुद्ध रान उठविण्याचेही आवाहन करण्यात येत आहे.
सर्व प्रिंट , इलेक्ट्रॉनिक , स्वतंत्र मीडियाला देखील या अत्याचारांविरुद्ध आवाज उठविण्यासाठी आवाहन करण्यात येत आहे.

Being jointly launched by Saudi Aramco and the 3 Indian public sector petro companies, IOL, BPCL and HPCL.
This is being strongly pushed in the biodiversity rich, high value agriculture (world famous Alphonso mango, Cashew, rich fishing grounds) rich “Konkan” area of Maharashtra state in India.
